what happens if you use co2 with gas airsoft guns not designated for co2? is it bad? also what are gases like xtreme gas and TOP gas? can you use them with others

wen i was serching for more guns to buy i noticed there was a different thomson airsoft gun with the front modified to look like an actual tommy gun with a front grip and a different barrel design i was wandering if i could change or buy the different front and change mine and if i can where i could buy the different front and grip

My friends and I play airsfoft every weekend. They all have high 300’s fps guns. I’m tired of getting killed. Where can I buy a CO2 airsoft gun that shoots 400fps for cheap?
I went to airsoft battlegrounds in citrus heights CA and they require everyones guns to be no more than 400 fps. My typewriters couldnt be let in because one was 420 (lol) and the other was 480. I was using .12gram bbs, i know, they jam easy and arent meant for the gun, which is why im asking what weight/type of pellet will get my gun shooting under 400 fps, have it shoot straight, and not damage the gun.
